Pharmaworks TF3 Blister Machine with FT320 Dedicated Tube-Style Feeder
The TF3 is a high output blister machine capable of speeds exceeding 400 blisters per minute, making it ideal for high-volume production. The TF3 accommodates all types of feeding systems and printers, including the FT320 Dedicated Tube-Style Feeder. The machine supports both thermoforming and cold forming applications with a maximum thermoform depth of 25 mm and a maximum cold form depth of 17.5 mm.
The TF3 Thermoformer features a unique laser feedback system to ensure continuous blister registration. Additionally, it offers customizable feed area length, product and printing vision systems, and pinhole detection. The TF3 also includes seal station load cell monitoring, cooling monitoring, and heater burnout detection. The usable forming area is 220 mm x 290 mm, and it has independently driven stations, with sealing overload detection specifically applied to the seal station.
Tool-less change-over ensures quick format adjustments, and the die cut station includes a single-row punch. The servo-driven plug assist and cold form system enhance performance. For varied product handling, the FF4 Flood Feeder and FT320 Tube-Style Feeder can be integrated. The Scanware inspection systems provide comprehensive product and print vision inspection.
