Pharmaworks TF1 Blister Machine
The TF1 is a cost-effective blister machine ideal for low-volume production. Built with simplicity in mind, this entry-level thermoformer requires minimal training and maintenance. Despite its compact size, it can produce up to a 90mm x 165mm blister with a maximum draw depth of 25mm. The usable forming area is 90 mm x 165 mm, and it supports both thermoforming and cold forming applications.
These features make the TF1 well-suited for Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Animal Health, and Consumer industries.
The machine supports a base roll diameter of up to 500 mm and a lid roll diameter of up to 300 mm. It features a 1200 mm feed area and is compatible with the Pharmaworks FA1 Pick & Place Feeder, FF1 Flood Feeder, and FT320 Dedicated Tube-Style Feeder.
The TF1 offers a production rate of up to [blister output to be confirmed] blisters per minute and is cGMP compliant. It also includes features such as tool-less change-over, quick change-over cartoners, and online vision inspection systems.
